BE PREPARED
It is in all that we do
When we fly by the seat of our pants
Mistakes from out of the blue
Too many failed attempts st romance
Choices that should well be forgotten
Voices with words to be judged
Incidents that make us feel rotten
Budgets where numbers are fudged
Preparedness is our only reprieve
A good plan sets the tone for the day
Fewer reasons for a past we must grieve
More intelligent things that we say
Certainly there are times to meander
Shed your inhibitions and dance in the rain
But to enter the dark with no lantern
Seems a bit on the side of insane
