I guess he's saying to get to it...not quite sure! If all you can do is crawl...THEN CRAWL...start crawling, but get started with it.

Be what you are at the stage you are at
Do what you can if you can at least do that
Crawl if you will if it is all you can do
But don't let yourself stall in the present of you
Crawl until you walk when you acquire the skill
Walk until you can run if you have the will
Reach the finish line as a person who has grown
Fill in the gaps questioning the unknown
