HEART OVER MIND
It has been my insight in reference to human emotion
The mind is so easily manipulated, so drawn to irrational commotion
Even the brightest of all humanity
Can have his heart interfere with his own reality
The mind that holds the key to his logic, I fear
Is manipulated by love and hate, it's clear
Would a heart which deep in darkness swings
Induce the mind to evil things?
