Deep blue skies and calming seas
A smile heard in rustling trees
An attitude in all of these
Calm and happy as you please
Raindrops on your window pane
Sadness today so firmly ingrained
Nowhere to go on days of rain
Productivity goes down the drain
Thunderstorms behind angry skies
Anger looms behind the lies
At least in anger the people rise
Unlike the calm when no one tries
Outrage come to rearrange
When politics and serenity become estranged
Stirred up people deny the change
Spurring all to turn the page
