Our forefathers provided us an ironclad plan

To insure the liberty of Americans

But to preserve the constitution our spirit must prevail

In ignorance and apathy we are sure to fail

Now we find our freedom compromised

As new world order brings deception, lies

Yes, the door cracked open with vulnerability

Of folks choosing the ultimate disability

We've become disabled from the apathy

No will to succeed, mass inadequacy

A safety net filled with those who lost hope

Dependency and failure to cope

The spirit wanes across our land

As patriots are in extreme demand

The government grew and grew and grew

Burst through the door to stifle you

Will we sink to the bottom of the socialist's will?

Can we rally the spirit and save us still?

Will patriotism rise and again prevail?

Will we bow our heads and accept we've failed?
