Silence is not always golden
When our country is in peril
At the hands of those who are sold on
Ethics extremely liberal
Our values now are compromised
We've become tolerant of diminished rights
We accept untruthful alibies
Of those with social justice in their sights
Divisive tactics are a preconceived plan
To fuel the hate aimed at opposers
To deflect the truth that patriots demand
Trusting we will lose our composure
Though our guns remain loaded and ready
We shall start with pen in hand
Keep our voices steady
With education being our plan
We will hope their attempts at bribery
To build their allied base
Can be depressed by our priority
The facts that we embrace
