We organize for protection
Why don't we protect ourselves?
We organize to be fed
Can't we feed ourselves?


We organize a workforce
Paying to bargain for our pay
If the money is not good enough
We organize a strike that day


We organize our health care
In case something might go wrong
Instead of just catastrophies
Preventive care must go along


That drives the cost to staggering
Administrative heads the fees
Why don't we pay for ordinary care
Why must everything be free?


We organize the schools
To learn our ABC's
Add complicated programs
For everyone to please


We organize a congress
So they can legislate
But they make law what fills their pockets
While the public becomes irate


We organize a Tea Party
To help us say just what we mean
About going back to basics
To where we all have been


They organize progressives
To call us racists loons
How much longer 'til they get tough
And call out their strong arm goons?


They organize the czars
Who have agendas and will not budge
Before they use their power
They'll play games and try to nudge


If ever there was a government
I thought surely would succeed
It was the one the Founders built
Patriotic they were indeed


But it's grown to mass proportions
Their powers won't abate
And we'll become a Socialist country
And a typical nanny state
